F.A.Q.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What type of clothing do you use? How do you source your items?
A: I purchase plain white and light-colored clothing from thrift stores in the local Denver area. I am doing this with intent, and I choose to be sustainable and reuse the clothing. Eventually I might look into purchasing new clothing in bulk depending on how much demand exists.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: I will do my best to meet 3-4 day shipping expectations. Should there be a delay, I will reach out to you via email and will follow up promptly.
Q: The item I received is not what I expected. What do I do?
A: Not to worry, it is hard to take accurate pictures of tie dye. Please send me an email at souledoutltd@gmail.com and I will work with you on the return process. Returns are eligible for up to 14 days.
Q: I ordered the incorrect size, or I meant to order something else. What do I do?
A: Not to worry, this happens to me as well. Please send me an email at souledoutltd@gmail.com and I will work with you on the return process. Returns are eligible for up to 14 days.
Q: I want a custom order. What do I do?
A: I am navigating how to obtain custom orders on this site. In the meantime, please send me an email at souledoutltd@gmail.com, and we can go through the creative journey together.
Q: What about a size chart?
A: Since these items are thrifted and of varying brands (i.e. Gerber Organic, Carters, etc.), the size chart is broad and random. Apologies for this. Most of the onesies are Gerber, so here is a size chart that has helped me navigate this world. Should the sizing be off, please email me at souledoutltd@gmail.com and we can work on a return or exchange of a different product (color could vary).
