Return Policy

Stuff happens, and we are here for you if and when that time arrives.  

To begin a return, email souledoutltd@gmail.com.  I will respond to you within two business days.  Please include the following information in the email:

Name

Item purchased (size, sleeve length)

Contact info (email, phone, your preference)

Picture of your invoice/receipt

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase (actual date of purchase, not date that order was received) in order to be honored.  We will contact you with updates regarding the refund process.

The item must be returned in the same condition as which it was purchased.  The review of the condition of the item is at the discretion of the seller.  The seller will cover shipping costs for the return.
